1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use WhiteGloveRips.

1.1 Account and Identifier Information

When you create or use an Account, we may collect:

• your mobile telephone number;
• your WhiteGloveRips username;
• Account identifiers;
• Account creation date and time;
• Account status;
• records showing your acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy;
• confirmation that you represent that you are at least 18 years old;
• authentication and login records; and
• other information associated with maintaining your Account.

WhiteGloveRips does not require an email address at launch unless an email address is subsequently provided through a Platform feature, support interaction, payment provider, shipping process, or other service.

1.2 Mobile Authentication Information

WhiteGloveRips uses your mobile telephone number to authenticate your Account using one-time passwords and security codes. We may collect or maintain:

• mobile number;
• time and date consent was provided;
• verification-code request information;
• successful or unsuccessful verification events;
• login and security records;
• carrier or country information provided by our messaging providers;
• records showing withdrawal of messaging consent; and
• technical information necessary to prevent authentication abuse or fraud.

1.3 Transaction and Commercial Information

When you use WhiteGloveRips, we may collect information about your activity, including:

• Credit purchases;
• Credit balances;
• Promotional Credits;
• Pack purchases;
• Pack type;
• Pack purchase price;
• Pack odds or rules applicable to the transaction;
• randomized Pack outcomes;
• Collectibles awarded;
• Collectible Fair Market Value;
• rarity tiers;
• Sell-Back Offers;
• accepted Sell-Backs;
• automatic Sell-Backs;
• redemption history;
• shipping purchases;
• shipping history;
• promotional activity;
• referral activity if referral programs are introduced;
• loyalty activity if loyalty programs are introduced;
• refunds, reversals, courtesy Credits, or adjustments; and
• other Platform transaction records.

We maintain backend records of Pack transactions and inventory allocations in order to operate the Platform, validate randomized outcomes, prevent duplicate allocation of physical inventory, investigate disputes, and protect transaction integrity.

1.4 Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, currently including Stripe. WhiteGloveRips generally does not directly store your full payment card number, card security code, or equivalent complete payment credentials. We may receive limited information from Stripe or another payment provider, such as:

• payment transaction identifiers;
• payment status;
• amount;
• payment method type;
• card brand;
• limited card information such as last four digits where provided;
• billing location or postal information;
• tax-related information;
• fraud and risk signals;
• chargeback or dispute information; and
• other information necessary to reconcile and administer transactions.

Your payment information is also subject to the applicable payment provider’s privacy practices.

1.5 Shipping and Fulfillment Information

When you redeem a Collectible for physical shipment, we may collect:

• recipient name;
• shipping address;
• telephone number associated with the shipment;
• items being shipped;
• shipping method;
• shipping charges;
• shipment weight or dimensions;
• tracking number;
• carrier information;
• delivery status;
• signature information where applicable;
• shipping insurance information;
• returned-package information; and
• information relating to lost, damaged, incomplete, or disputed shipments.

We use third-party fulfillment and shipping providers, including ShipStation and applicable shipping carriers, to process shipments.

1.6 Device, Internet, and Usage Information

When you access the Platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
• browser type;
• operating system;
• device type;
• device identifiers;
• session identifiers;
• approximate geographic location derived from IP address or network information;
• referring URL;
• pages viewed;
• buttons or links clicked;
• Pack pages viewed;
• date and time of access;
• length and frequency of visits;
• interactions with Platform features;
• crash or error information;
• network information;
• cookie identifiers;
• advertising or measurement identifiers; and
• other information about how you interact with the Platform.

WhiteGloveRips does not request precise GPS location from your device at launch.

We may use approximate location information to help determine geographic eligibility, prevent fraud, investigate account activity, secure the Platform, and understand how the Platform is used.

1.7 Communications and Customer Support

If you communicate with WhiteGloveRips, we may collect:

• the contents of your communications;
• your telephone number;
• any email address you choose to provide;
• customer-support history;
• screenshots, photographs, documents, or other information you provide;
• shipping or transaction information relating to your request; and
• our responses and internal records relating to the matter.

1.8 User Content and Public Platform Activity

The Platform may allow you to submit or publish information such as:

• reviews;
• photographs;
• pictures of Collectibles;
• testimonials;
• usernames;
• other user-submitted content; and
• content you publicly post or tag WhiteGloveRips in on third-party services.

The Platform also includes or may include a public Recent Pulls feed. Public activity may display information including:

• username;
• Collectible pulled;
• image of the Collectible;
• applicable Pack;
• rarity;
• stated Fair Market Value;
• and date or time of the pull.

We do not intentionally display your telephone number, shipping address, payment information, IP address, precise location, or legal name through the Recent Pulls feed unless you independently choose to use identifying information in your public username or User Content. Information you post publicly may be viewed, copied, shared, saved, or redistributed by other people outside WhiteGloveRips.

1.9 Fraud, Security, and Compliance Information

We may collect and generate information used to protect WhiteGloveRips, including:

• IP and device history;
• Account-linkage indicators;
• authentication records;
• payment-risk information;
• chargebacks;
• suspected multiple Accounts;
• VPN or proxy indicators;
• suspicious transaction patterns;
• promotion abuse indicators;
• shipping-risk information;
• fraud-investigation information;
• Account restrictions;
• security-event records; and
• other information reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or enforce our Terms of Service.

1.10 Identity Verification Information

WhiteGloveRips does not routinely require full identity verification at launch. However, we reserve the right to require additional identity or eligibility verification where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, Account recovery, legal compliance, payment disputes, suspicious activity, high-value transactions, or other legitimate purposes.

If identity verification is required, we or a third-party verification provider may request or process information such as:

• legal name;
• date of birth;
• residential address;
• government-issued identification;
• identification number;
• photograph of an identification document;
• selfie or photograph;
• verification result;
• and related identity-verification information.

If we implement a third-party identity-verification provider, that provider may process identity documents directly on our behalf.

2. Where We Get Personal Information

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand the effectiveness of our advertising, determine whether advertisements led users to WhiteGloveRips, measure conversions, and analyze marketing performance. See Section 7, Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies.

Legal and Compliance Purposes

• respond to subpoenas or court orders;
• maintain financial and tax records;

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose personal information in the circumstances described below.

Service Providers

We may disclose information to companies that perform services for us, including providers of:

• hosting;
• databases;
• cloud infrastructure;
• payment processing;
• tax calculation;
• telecommunications and OTP authentication;
• shipping and fulfillment;
• analytics;
• fraud prevention;
• security;
• customer support;
• advertising measurement;
• and professional services.

These providers may include, depending on the services in use:

• Stripe and Stripe Tax;
• Twilio;
• ShipStation;
• Supabase;
• Vercel;
• Cloudflare;
• Google, including Google Analytics;
• Mixpanel;
• Meta;
• TikTok;
• shipping carriers;
• and other vendors supporting Platform operations.

These companies receive information as reasonably necessary to provide their services or as otherwise described in this Policy. Special restrictions apply to mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in data as described in Section 6.

Payment Providers

We disclose information necessary for payment providers to:

• process transactions;
• verify payment methods;
• calculate taxes;
• prevent fraud;
• resolve payment disputes;
• and comply with their legal obligations.

Shipping Providers

We disclose shipping information to ShipStation, shipping carriers, insurers, and other fulfillment providers as necessary to fulfill and manage physical redemption requests.

Analytics and Advertising Technology Providers

Third parties such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Mixpanel may receive device, cookie, browser, Internet activity, interaction, conversion, or similar information through analytics tags, cookies, or pixels. These technologies are described further in Section 7.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose personal information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

• comply with applicable law;
• respond to a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or government request;
• protect the rights or safety of WhiteGloveRips, users, or others;
• investigate fraud or illegal activity;
• prevent or respond to security incidents;
• enforce our Terms of Service;
• collect amounts lawfully owed;
• establish or defend legal claims; or
• cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Professional Advisors

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and similar professional advisors where reasonably necessary to obtain their services.

Business Transactions

If Tomato Alley Ventures LLC or WhiteGloveRips is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

At Your Direction

We may disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

WhiteGloveRips does not sell personal information to data brokers or other companies for monetary consideration.

We also do not sell, rent, or transfer customer lists, telephone numbers, or SMS messaging consent to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

WhiteGloveRips does use analytics and advertising-measurement technologies, including pixels provided by companies such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Depending on applicable law and the configuration or use of a particular technology, disclosures made through advertising cookies or pixels may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.

Where such laws apply to WhiteGloveRips, we will provide legally required privacy choices and honor applicable opt-out rights.

You may also manage non-essential cookies through the cookie controls provided on the Platform.

The restrictions applicable specifically to mobile information and SMS consent are broader and are described below.

6. Mobile and SMS Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

WhiteGloveRips uses your mobile telephone number at launch solely to provide one-time verification codes and Account security/authentication messages associated with your WhiteGloveRips Account.

We do not use your OTP consent to send marketing messages. We do not currently use OTP consent to send Pack-win notices, Sell-Back deadline reminders, redemption notifications, shipping alerts, promotional messages, or unrelated recurring text messages.

If WhiteGloveRips later introduces additional categories of SMS messages, we will obtain any additional consent required before sending those messages.

SMS Service Providers

We may disclose your mobile number and information reasonably necessary to provide the messaging service to:

• Twilio, our SMS and authentication provider;
• telecommunications carriers;
• messaging aggregators;
• and other providers directly involved in routing, transmitting, securing, supporting, or documenting the messaging service.

Such disclosure is solely for purposes related to providing and supporting WhiteGloveRips messaging or where otherwise required by law. These providers are not authorized by WhiteGloveRips to use your mobile number or SMS opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Consent Records

We may retain evidence of your consent to receive OTP/security messages, including:

• telephone number;
• date and time of consent;
• method through which consent was obtained;
• relevant Account or session information; and
• records of withdrawal of consent.

We maintain these records to operate the authentication service, document consent, comply with applicable requirements, and respond to requests from messaging providers or telecommunications carriers.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your login, Account-verification, and security activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages by replying STOP to a message where supported. After an applicable opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may reply HELP for assistance where supported or contact us at hello@whitegloverips.com.

Because WhiteGloveRips uses SMS to authenticate Account access, opting out of SMS messages may prevent us from sending the one-time security code necessary to log into your Account.

Opting out of SMS does not by itself eliminate an existing Credit balance, Collectible, redemption right, or other Account record. However, you may need to contact WhiteGloveRips and complete additional identity verification to obtain assistance with an Account that can no longer receive security codes.

You may be able to opt back in using a method WhiteGloveRips makes available, including replying START where supported. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

WhiteGloveRips and third parties we work with use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, SDK-like web technologies, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used for:

Necessary Platform Functions

• maintaining sessions;
• Account authentication;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• load balancing;
• preferences;
• and essential Platform functionality.

Analytics

We use analytics technologies, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, and our own custom analytics systems, to understand how users interact with WhiteGloveRips. Analytics information may include:

• pages viewed;
• Pack pages visited;
• clicks;
• sessions;
• device and browser information;
• approximate location;
• referral source;
• transaction or conversion events;
• and other usage information.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

WhiteGloveRips may use advertising or measurement pixels provided by:

• Google;
• Meta;
• TikTok;
• and other advertising platforms we may use in the future.

These technologies may allow us and those providers to understand whether an advertisement resulted in a visit, Account registration, transaction, or other conversion.

Depending on your browser settings, cookie choices, the technology’s configuration, and the provider’s practices, those providers may collect information about your interaction with WhiteGloveRips and potentially connect it with information collected through their own services or other websites.

Cookie Choices

WhiteGloveRips provides a cookie-consent or cookie-preference mechanism through which users may manage categories of non-essential cookies. Where available, you may use those controls to accept, reject, or modify the use of analytics or advertising technologies.

Strictly necessary cookies may remain active because the Platform may not function properly without them. You may also configure your browser to reject or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may prevent some Platform features from functioning correctly.

8. Online Tracking and Do Not Track Disclosure

Some browsers provide a Do Not Track (“DNT”) setting. Because there is not currently a universally accepted technical standard governing how websites must interpret all DNT signals, WhiteGloveRips does not currently respond to traditional browser DNT signals in a uniform manner.

Third-party analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your activity on WhiteGloveRips and, depending on their technology and your settings, may collect or associate information with your activities across other websites, applications, or online services over time.

Where applicable privacy law requires WhiteGloveRips to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), we will process that signal as required by applicable law.

You may also manage non-essential technologies through our cookie-preference controls.

9. Public Information

Certain information is intentionally public as part of the WhiteGloveRips experience. For example, the Recent Pulls feed may display:

• your username;
• Collectible awarded;
• Collectible image;
• rarity;
• stated FMV;
• associated Pack; and
• time or date of the pull.

Reviews or User Content you submit may also be displayed publicly. Information made public through these features may be viewed and copied by other users and may remain outside our control after another person has saved or redistributed it. When selecting a username or submitting User Content, do not include information you do not want publicly visible.

10. User Content and Social Media

If you submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other content to WhiteGloveRips or publicly tag WhiteGloveRips in content relating to your WhiteGloveRips experience, we may process and use that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the license granted in our Terms of Service.

This may include displaying, reposting, or using User Content to operate or promote WhiteGloveRips. If you delete your Account:

• your Account profile may be deleted or deactivated;
• public User Content may be removed or anonymized where appropriate;
• historical Pack and transaction records may remain;
• public pull history may be retained in an anonymized or deidentified form; and
• content previously incorporated into marketing materials may remain as permitted under our Terms of Service and applicable law.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, our legitimate business needs, and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information. For example:

Account Information

We generally retain Account information while your Account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion or termination where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

Transaction, Financial, Tax, and Accounting Records

We may retain transaction, payment, tax, and accounting information for up to seven years or longer where required by applicable law.

Pack and Inventory Records

Pack outcomes, randomization transaction records, FMV information, Sell-Backs, Credit transactions, and physical-inventory records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to preserve transaction integrity, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, establish historical inventory records, and comply with applicable law.

Shipping Information

Shipping records may be retained as necessary for fulfillment, tracking, insurance, carrier claims, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Fraud and Security Information

We may retain fraud-prevention, Account-linkage, security, chargeback, and enforcement information for a reasonable period necessary to identify repeated abuse and protect the Platform.

SMS Consent Records

We retain evidence of SMS consent for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent, support our authentication system, satisfy legal or provider requirements, and document opt-out requests.

User Content

User Content may be retained until deleted, no longer needed, or otherwise processed in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Backups

Information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems and will be removed or overwritten according to our normal backup and disaster-recovery cycles.

We may retain information for longer where reasonably necessary because of litigation, disputes, investigations, legal holds, fraud prevention, regulatory requirements, or other legal obligations.

12. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

You may delete your Account through available Platform functionality, subject to the requirements in our Terms of Service concerning outstanding Credits, Collectibles, transactions, and redemptions. You may also contact hello@whitegloverips.com to request assistance relating to your personal information.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to:

• request access to personal information;
• request information about how we use or disclose personal information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
• opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing practices;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable; and
• exercise other privacy rights established by law.

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance. Some U.S. state privacy laws apply only to businesses meeting specified statutory thresholds. Where a particular privacy law applies to WhiteGloveRips, we will honor the rights required by that law. Even where a particular statutory right does not apply, WhiteGloveRips may voluntarily accommodate reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests.

Verification

Before fulfilling a privacy request, we may need to verify your identity. Verification may include confirming your mobile number, Account information, transaction history, shipping information, or other information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access or deletion. We will use verification information only for appropriate verification, security, and compliance purposes.

Exceptions

We may retain information despite a deletion request where permitted or required for purposes such as:

• completing transactions;
• preserving outstanding Collectible or redemption rights;
• maintaining accounting or tax records;
• detecting fraud;
• maintaining security;
• resolving disputes;
• enforcing agreements;
• complying with law;
• exercising or defending legal claims; or
• maintaining transaction-integrity records.

Non-Discrimination

Where applicable law prohibits discrimination for exercising a privacy right, WhiteGloveRips will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising that right.

13. California Privacy Information

WhiteGloveRips is based in California and operates a commercial website that collects personal information from California residents.

This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) and other applicable privacy requirements.

The categories of personal information we collect, purposes for collection, categories of parties to whom information may be disclosed, and available consumer choices are described throughout this Privacy Policy.

WhiteGloveRips currently does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Certain California privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act apply only when a business satisfies applicable statutory requirements and thresholds. If and when those laws apply to WhiteGloveRips, we will provide and honor the rights and notices required by those laws, including legally required rights relating to access, correction, deletion, sale or sharing, targeted advertising, sensitive personal information, Global Privacy Control, and non-discrimination.

Regardless of statutory coverage, California residents may contact hello@whitegloverips.com regarding their personal information.

14. Security

WhiteGloveRips uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Our Platform uses third-party infrastructure and security providers, including services such as Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Twilio. Payment card credentials are generally processed by Stripe rather than stored directly by WhiteGloveRips.

No Internet transmission, electronic storage system, authentication system, or security program can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to the mobile telephone number associated with your Account and for notifying us if you believe your Account or mobile number has been compromised.

15. Children and Minors

WhiteGloveRips is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create Accounts or transact through the Platform.

If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information or created an Account in violation of our Terms, we may suspend or delete the Account and delete or otherwise appropriately handle the associated information, subject to legal and record-retention requirements.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, authentication providers, payment providers, social media platforms, carriers, or other services.

This Privacy Policy applies to WhiteGloveRips and does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you use.

17. Business Transfers

If Tomato Alley Ventures LLC, WhiteGloveRips, or substantially all of the assets associated with WhiteGloveRips are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale, transfer, or other business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.

Any successor’s use of personal information will remain subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments applicable to the information at the time of transfer, except as otherwise lawfully modified following appropriate notice.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in:

• the Platform;
• our data practices;
• our vendors;
• technology;
• applicable laws;
• or other operational requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Platform or another reasonable method. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using personal information in a materially different manner.
